FAQs
What methods do you use for training?
Each training program is uniquely designed to ensure your dog becomes a happy, well-behaved pup! While we’ll recommend the training protocols that we believe are best suited for your dog, we also respect your comfort level. If you’re not comfortable with a particular method, we have the experience and knowledge to achieve results using alternative approaches. We’ll walk you through the pros and cons of any method so you can make an informed decision and feel confident in your dog’s training plan.
How Long are the training sessions?
Training sessions are typically around an hour, but they’re always tailored to your dog’s needs. If your dog gets tired after 45 minutes, we won’t push them just to fill a time frame. Our focus is on achieving the best results, and forcing a dog to continue when they’re mentally exhausted can actually hinder progress. We always aim to end on a positive note, ensuring your dog stays engaged and excited for the next lesson!
Are payment plans avaiable?
Yes! We require a 25% down payment to get started with training. From there, we’ll work with you to create a payment plan that fits your financial situation. We’ll agree on the payment dates and amounts that you’re comfortable with, so you can focus on your dog’s progress without financial stress.
Can I be involved in my dog’s training?
Absolutely! Owners are the most important part of dog training. If you don’t invest time into training your dog, the lessons won’t stick. That’s why we emphasize preparing you for real-life scenarios, not just a perfect world. We’ll equip you with the tools and knowledge to handle any challenges that come your way, ensuring a strong relationship between you and your dog.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel a session, we’ll work with you to reschedule it at your earliest convenience. If you need to cancel the entire program, a fee of 25% of the remaining balance will be due. Our goal is to accommodate your needs while ensuring a smooth training experience.
